Writings

In 2020, I decided to try my hand at writing for Baltimore Style covering subjects that I found interesting.

Dress It Up (Or Down)! With the entire world being in the middle of lockdown and many people working from home, I knew that our Fashion page should focus on Athleisure and I wanted to make to feature some local brands or brands with a local connection, not just national/international brands. I took it upon myself to compile the items and I decided to do two fashion spotlights on the local small businesses.

gift guide. Since I knew the pandemic would affect the holiday season, I thought about pages for people to send to family and friends or
to gift to themselves in order to enjoy
a low-key holiday season.

Baltimore Style winter 2021

I’ve always wanted to do a book recommendation from the Style staff instead of our normal book reviews. The Winter 2021 issue provided the
perfect opportunity. Each staff member chose
a book that they read and liked and wrote
a blurb about said book.
